Before you pay anything
Enquiries are free. If you message us and decide not to go ahead, simply walk away. There's nothing to refund because nothing was paid. Work starts only after we both sign the agreement and you pay the first milestone.
After the first milestone (30%)
If you cancel before we share the full website preview, we'll refund the first milestone minus the cost of any domain already registered for you and the design work completed so far. We'll explain the breakdown clearly.
After the second milestone (40%)
Once the full website has been built and shared with you for review, the first two milestones cover work already delivered and are not refundable. You won't be asked for the final payment until you're happy and the site goes live.
After launch
The final milestone is paid when your website goes live, so there are no refunds after launch. If something we built isn't working correctly, we'll fix it.
Domain fees
Domain registration and renewal fees are paid to the domain registrar and can't be refunded once the domain is registered or renewed.
If we can't deliver
If for any reason we're unable to complete your project as agreed, we'll refund the payments for work that wasn't delivered.
