1. Our services
Aiden Web Solutions designs and builds websites, web applications, and mobile apps. The exact scope, price, timeline, and payment milestones for your project are written in a one-page agreement signed by both of us before work begins.
2. Starting a project
You can enquire on WhatsApp, phone, or email at no charge. Work on your website begins only after we both sign the one-page agreement and you pay the first milestone. Until then, you owe nothing.
3. Pricing and payments
- The business website package is a fixed ₹9,999, as published on our pricing page.
- Payments are made in milestones: 30% at kick-off, 40% at the build review, and 30% at launch, unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only started after you approve it.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the content needed for your website (text, photos, logo, contact details) and confirm you have the right to use it. Delays in receiving content may extend the timeline.
5. Reviews and changes
You'll review your website on a private preview link before launch. We make your changes during the review stage within the agreed scope. New features or pages beyond the scope are treated as add-ons.
6. Domain and hosting
The package includes a .com domain for the first year, registered and managed by us on your behalf. From the second year, a small yearly renewal fee applies, which we'll tell you in advance. Hosting on our platform has no monthly fee. If you choose not to renew, we'll help you transfer the domain.
7. Ownership
Once your final payment is made, the website design and content made for you are yours to use for your business. We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Support after launch
We fix issues with the work we delivered. New content, redesigns, or features after launch are quoted separately.
9. Liability
We build every website with care, but we can't guarantee specific business results such as sales or search rankings. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
